1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or registering an account on Bmax Live, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and Bmax Live.

If you are registering on behalf of another person or accessing the platform using another person's credentials, you represent that you have full authority to do so and that the account holder also agrees to these terms. 12 Limitation of Liability
